    With the Wine Tour Prestige you will live a unique and immersive experience of the Umberto Cesari world.
    You will discover every phase of our production with a guided tour of our vineyards, the winemaking cellars and the ageing cellar.
    You will be the protagonist of a real live performance, in which you will test your senses with a Barrel Tasting.
    Finally, our Sommelier will guide you through a professional tasting of our most awarded wines, to be paired with the excellent products of the Emilia Romagna food chain.

    • Quenelle of Gorgonzola DOP and Mascarpone, fresh blackberries and edible flower petals.
