A wine produced through fermentation and aging in spherical cement containers and terracotta amphorae, which enhance the authentic aromas of the Trebbiano grapes typical of the region.
Contains sulphites
Vinification: careful soft pressing, static decantation and subsequent fermentation in spherical concrete tanks and in cocciopesto amphorae at a controlled temperature.
Ageing: in spherical concrete tanks and in cocciopesto amphorae for 6 months, followed by 3 months in the bottle.
Nose: intense, broad, pleasantly fruity aroma with characteristic hints of dried apricots and honey
